We believe the lessons learned on the court — grit under pressure, respect for opponents, the ability to compete and collaborate in equal measure — are precisely the qualities that drive success off it. This network channels those shared experiences into lasting professional and personal bonds.
We are non-hierarchical, alumni-led, and committed to keeping membership accessible to every former collegiate tennis player, regardless of the prestige of their program or how long ago they graduated.

Grow the roster through targeted outreach to NCAA programs and alumni associations across all three divisions.
Establish active chapters in cities where alumni clusters exist but local coordination has been missing.
Pair recent graduates with experienced alumni mentors across ten career verticals by end of year.
